August 1, 2024 Auroras

Chippewa National Forest

I shot several places to the north for much of the night.


The first shots at Pughole Lake.


I then moved to North Star Lake.


Clouds chased me all the way to the Craigville area (in Koochiching County). Here I am at the Effie Rodeo.


Coming back south, this is near Marcell.


The Milky Way and a little bit of STEVE.


Smith Lake. This shot is titled "Illegal Parking".


Caribou Lake. My last lake visit of the night.
