The second day of a 4-day DOW mission. Expected storms to be better in eastern Colorado than along the KS/OK border due to a very strong cap there. As it turns out, a tornadic supercell did develop near Medicine Lodge, KS just after dark. We saw some storms, but they were not surface-based.
