This was somewhat of a frustrating day as initiation happened about 100 miles southwest (Abilene) of where we targeted (Jacksboro). It took me maybe an hour to figure out these storms would be the main show before we finally started driving southwest. On our way to the new target, the storm started to produce tornadoes, and we could not get there in time before the storm finished producing them. In all, it produced three tornadoes. We arrived on the storm as it became rather outflow-dominant and produced a nice shelf cloud, which we photographed near Cisco, TX.
