Storms near Capulin, New Mexico

May 30, 2007

We began the day with some photography in extreme southern Colorado at a semi-abandoned ranching site. We continued into New Mexico to see the Capulin volcanic area, intending simply to loop back to Clayton, NM for tomorrows chase. However, when we entered New Mexico, storms developed just west of Capulin, and we stayed around a bit for some photography.
